DoosanLynx 300
The Lynx is our largest CNC lathe with a spindle capacity of 3“ and a
turning length of 760mm.
The bolt-on chuck capacity (dependent on weight) is 12"x12"
Our experienced engineers can accommodate tight tolerances on this lathe. Your project can include external and internal threading, straight and
diamond knurling, to name just a few of the Lynx's capabilities.
HardingeCobra 42
The Hardinge is our oldest machine, reliable and accurate, making it a vital stalwart in the workshop for the team here at Craft Precision Engineering.
Ideal for small diameter components, and fully capable in terms of tolerances, threading (internal and external), plus knurling, this workhorse still brings so much to the table. This machine has a magazine bar-feeder allowing the handling of larger parts.

Dugard1000Y+
This machine is just such a great asset to the factory. It's a CNC machining centre which boasts our largest work envelope.
With its 4-vice set up, the Dugard plenty of flexibility across multiple set-ups.

- Y-axis: 610mm
- Z-axis: 550mm
DoosanDNM500
The Doosan DNM500 is perfect for smaller pieces, even though it has a large working envelope.
The 30-tool and 2-vice set up can facilitate a detachable angle-bracket, and perhaps the icing on the cake for the DNM500 is its Nikken 4th-axis rotary table. This opens up a valuable additional dynamic when it comes to holding small works.

DoosanDNM5700
Our second largest machine, also boasting a fantastic 30-tool carousel. Pairing this machine with its 4-vice set-up opens up the project handling capability significantly across multiple set-ups.

- Y-axis Travel distance: 570 mm
- Z-axis Travel distance: 510 mm
DoosanDNM4500
This 'baby of the fleet' offers the newest and smallest working
envelope among our DNMs.
We have equipped this DNM with three top-of-the-range Orange vices. These multi-functional vices allow us to maximise the working range, holding
up to six components at one time. In addition, we have paired this machine with a Renishaw probe allowing for the utmost in precision machining.
